My dad has passed away quite suddenly and thrown the world into a shambles. Please bear with me as I take some time off to do the things daughters have to do when their fathers go away.

I’m very sorry to hear those news. As you may know, a huge reason for my blog is remembering my dad. It’s been a little over two years now since he passed away.
There are no words that can convey what we feel or that can make it better in an instant. May you find the time for you and your thoughts. Know that there is a lot of people around the world, family, close friends, internet friends, with you right now.
The loss of a parent is one of the most difficult. My heart goes out to you.

I have not experienced your loss so I do not know how it feels and where you are at. What I do want you to know is that I am thinking of you and wishing you and your family the very best through what can only be a difficult time. Above and beyond the sadness, I hope that “world falling into a shambles” is so because of the love that is present between you and your father. If that is the case then it occurs to me that I hope that I feel the same way when my father passes away.
